Initial commit: Matrix deployment (Synapse, Element, Caddy, Postgres)

Docker-Compose-Setup mit Synapse, Element Web, Synapse-Admin,
Caddy als Reverse Proxy und Postgres. Secrets und Laufzeitdaten
sind via .gitignore ausgeschlossen; Beispiel-Configs mit
Platzhaltern liegen als *.example bei.
