Subject: [PATCH] Add workspace cleanup stage to prevent corruption issues

- Add Cleanup stage at pipeline start to wipe workspace before checkout
- Prevents 'corrupt .git repository' errors from stale build artifacts
- Uses disableDeferredWipeout for thorough cleanup
