Subject: [PATCH] Add ddsview topic-type-plugin deps (39 *TopicTypePlugin.so)
 to GROUP6 Runtime-loaded via LtsPluginLoader, not CMake link deps of ddsview;
 without them its Data/Function topic lists are empty in a group-only build.
