Fix include path for Lts/Common/ProjectConfig headers

- Changed include_directories from ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/Lts to ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}
- This allows #include <Lts/Common/ProjectConfig/project_defines.h> to resolve correctly
- Required for LtsSession and other modules using ProjectConfig headers
