+## Known Issues & Resolutions
+
+### 1. CTest Executable Path Issue
+**Problem:** CTest looked for executables in `bin/` root, but CMake placed them in `bin/MinSizeRel/`, `bin/RelWithDebInfo/` subdirectories.
+
+**Resolution:** Run CTest from `tests/` subdirectory where `CTestTestfile.cmake` is located.
+
+### 2. Qt Platform Plugin Errors
+**Problem:** 7 tests failed with "Could not load the Qt platform plugin 'xcb'" in headless Docker.
+
+**Resolution:** Set `QT_QPA_PLATFORM=offscreen` environment variable to use Qt's offscreen rendering platform.
+
+### 3. Migration Tests Not Found
+**Problem:** `CTest -R migration_tests` returned "No tests were found" despite test file existing.
+
+**Resolution:** Tests are registered via `gtest_discover_tests()` which generates `migration_tests[1]_tests.cmake`. Running CTest from correct directory resolves this.
