BUILD_RTI: Fix 4 compile errors and add missing type headers
- generic_base.h: Fix dds::topic namespace issue, move RTI includes inside BUILD_RTI guard
- wait_set_handler.h: Remove duplicate m_logger declarations (3→1)
- pub_sub_base.cpp: Fix constructor initializer list syntax (.→,), add m_logger initialization
- training_area_telegrams.h: Fix field naming (m_ prefix) for accessor methods
- PdmComboBox CMakeLists.txt: Add BUILD_RTI AND TARGET guards for svcPdmCommon/svcPdmClient
- PdmDataPlugin CMakeLists.txt: Wrap svcPdmClient link in BUILD_RTI guard
- CMakeLists.txt: Add RTI_UNIX, RTI_POSIX_THREADS compile definitions, remove duplicate add_subdirectory
- alm_types.h, ppm_types.h: Copy missing type headers from include/ directories

Qt6 Migration: BUILD_RTI guards und CMake fixes
- BUILD_RTI conditional compilation für RTI Connext DDS dependencies
- Namespace fixes in core_dtc.h (Core:: → DDS::Core::)
- CMakeLists.txt: BUILD_RTI option und conditional dependencies
- Handler minelayer: namespace closing mit BUILD_RTI guard
- Build erfolgreich mit BUILD_RTI=OFF validiert
