- Added GROUP10_TARGETS array with 9 LTS Project plugin targets
- Added GROUP11_TARGETS array with 3 LTS Application targets
- Added BUILD_GROUP10 and BUILD_GROUP11 default flags (OFF)
- Added --group10/--no-group10 and --group11/--no-group11 CLI options
- Added run_build_group calls for groups 10 and 11
- Added environment variable exports for Docker container
- Updated usage documentation for new build groups
- Verified all CMakeLists.txt files use Qt6:: modules (no Qt5:: references)
