- LogViewTelegramDialog.cpp: Pass m_logger to LogViewTableWidget constructor
- LogViewTelegramDialog.cpp: Pass m_logger to LogViewTabWidget constructor
- LogViewTelegramDialog has default logger parameter, so existing call sites work
