torstenandCopilot 75f7f52230 Fix GeographicLib find_package by adding CMAKE_MODULE_PATH ...

- Add /usr/share/cmake/geographiclib to CMAKE_MODULE_PATH
- This allows CMake to find FindGeographicLib.cmake from system package
- Required for DEB build in Docker container
