torstenandCopilot c7d1c250dd Fix GROUP11 for release build: disable Lts/Application (not in release scope) ...

- Changed BUILD_GROUP11 default from ON to OFF for release builds
- GROUP11 builds Lts/Application (OperatorApplication, aarApp) which is outside release scope M = {TetraIF, Z, Lts/Common}
- Lts/Common is built automatically as dependency of GROUP3 targets
- Updated documentation comments to reflect correct group assignments
