5.2.8.1. [Trivial] RTI Lightweight Security Plugins propagated incorrect supported symmetric cipher algorithms value

The OMG DDS Security 1.2 specification requires PSK-only Plugins to propagate that they support a single symmetric cipher algorithm equal to the required algorithm and configured with the dds.sec.crypto.rtps_psk_symmetric_cipher_algorithm property. The RTI Lightweight Security Plugins instead propagated that they supported several symmetric cipher algorithms (all algorithms that their implementation supported). The RTI Lightweight Security Plugins behavior now matches the specification.
