Update qt-migration-legatus submodule with TetraIF Qt6 migration fixes

- CoPrtCnv, PrtCnv, LogView submodules now build successfully
- Fixed QMutex::Recursive → QRecursiveMutex migration
- Fixed missing m_logger member variables in PrtCnv classes
- Fixed include paths (LtsUtilsCore, QAbstractTableModel)
- Removed deprecated QHBoxLayout::setMargin() call
- Updated GROUP6_TARGETS with TetraIF components
- Validated via Docker build with exit code 0
