Subject: [PATCH] Update MIGRATION_STATUS.md with Session 026 results

- Documented Lts/Services Qt5:: to Qt6:: migration
- 104 CMakeLists.txt files, 51 submodules, 1244 files changed
- All Qt5:: references migrated to Qt6::
