Release pipeline: LogView logger namespace fixes and RPM script updates

Browse Source 
- Fixed NGL::getLogger() → N_LogView::getLogger() in LogView components
- Added m_logger member variables to LogView classes
- Updated RPM script for release scope filtering
- Fixed Qt6 compatibility issues (QStringRef→QStringView, include paths)
- Excluded DDS-dependent modules from release build
