Update MIGRATION_STATUS.md with Session 019 Lts/Viewer module migration

- Document Lts/Viewer module migration (LtsFileDialog, LtsReportDisplay)
- Add CMakeLists.txt Qt6 updates for Viewer submodules
- Update changed files section with Session 019 details
