torstenandCopilot bf3de5a754 Release pipeline: LogView logger namespace fixes and RPM script updates 
- Fixed NGL::getLogger() → N_LogView::getLogger() in LogView components
- Added m_logger member variables to LogView classes
- Updated RPM script for release scope filtering
- Fixed Qt6 compatibility issues (QStringRef→QStringView, include paths)
- Excluded DDS-dependent modules from release build

torstenandCopilot 35cda54fd0 Add debug logging for directory filtering in make_rpm_ubuntu26.py 
- Added logging at root, Lts, and Lts/Proxies levels to trace filtering
- Helps diagnose why TrainingAreaBase is not being copied

- TrainingAreaBase: wrap svcTabClient, svcTabServer, svcTrainingAreaBase
  executables and DDS plugins in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD) conditionals
- Only tabTelegrams library and tabPluginInterface built for release scope
