- Update build status: Qt6 fixes successful for both BUILD_RTI=ON/OFF

- Update remaining blockers (RTI Core type errors separate from Qt6)
- Update next steps for continued migration

Qt6 Migration CI / migrate (push) Waiting to run
Details 
Document RTI Connext DDS 7.7.0 header bugs preventing C++23 build:
- DDS_OctetSeq_get_contiguous_buffer (missing 's')
- DDS_SEQUENCE_INITIALIZER brace initialization

Workaround: BUILD_RTI=OFF until RTI provides C++23-compatible version
