Successfully migrated the Lts/Viewer/SituationMap module from Qt5 to Qt6, with comprehensive unit and functional tests achieving high code coverage. All validation performed exclusively in Docker containers using Qt 6.10.2 via aqtinstall.

### Key Test Fixes

**GraphicalObjectsTest.ArcGIS_Integration_Points:**
- **Issue:** `QPolygonF::isClosed()` assertion failed
- **Root Cause:** QPolygonF requires first and last points to be identical for closed polygons
- **Fix:** Added closing point to test polygon boundary

## Known Limitations

1. **35 "Not Run" tests:** These are disabled tests from other modules (not SituationMap)
2. **MapObjectsImpl not migrated:** Intentionally excluded per migration scope
3. **Original Tests directory preserved:** New tests in separate location to avoid conflicts
