Prints an error message and stops the CMake execution::

        TYPE <type>
    )

The printed message follows this format::
    [rti::error::<type>]

Arguments:

``MESSAGE`` (mandatory).
    Message to show.

``TYPE`` (mandatory).
    Error type to log.
