Test infrastructure: Add comprehensive Qt6 migration tests
Add 7 test files covering: - BUILD_RTI conditional compilation guards - Qt6 API migrations (QStringView, std::list, QMultiMap, QFontMetricsF, QVariant, QXmlStreamWriter) - Export header validation (file existence, include guards, macro naming) - SymbologyXML Qt6 compatibility - SAATelegrams structure and serialization - RTI integration and library detection All 48 tests pass in Ubuntu 26.04 Docker container with Qt 6.8.3. Technical fixes: - QFontMetricsF tests use compilation-only verification (headless environment) - QMultiMap tests sort values before comparing (undefined order in Qt6) - Export header paths point to build/ directory (CMake-generated) - Added Qt6::Gui and Qt6::Widgets dependencies for QFontMetricsF Co-authored-by: Copilot <223556219+Copilot@users.noreply.github.com>
