Fix GeographicLib linking to use variables instead of imported target

- FindGeographicLib.cmake sets GeographicLib_LIBRARIES variable, not imported target
- Changed GeographicLib::GeographicLib_SHARED to ${GeographicLib_LIBRARIES}
- Added TARGET_INCLUDE_DIRECTORIES for GeographicLib_INCLUDE_DIRS
