Add GRAPHICSVIEW_SUPPORTED definition to situationMap target

MapGraphicsView.h requires GRAPHICSVIEW_SUPPORTED macro to be defined.
Added TARGET_COMPILE_DEFINITIONS to situationMap CMakeLists.txt.
