Qt6 migration: Fix BUILD_RTI=OFF build errors in TrainingAreaBase
- training_area_telegrams.cpp: Fixed QJsonObject initializer syntax (Qt6 requires {{}} not ({}))
- training_area_telegrams.cpp: Fixed fromJson() methods to access m_* members directly
- training_area_telegrams.cpp: Fixed brace mismatches in multiple toJson() methods
- training_area_telegrams.h: Changed Header struct to public members for consistency
- tx_mixin.cpp: Fixed getEquipmentNumber() template for direct member access
- lts_coordinate.cpp: Added missing #include <iomanip>
- MIGRATION_STATUS.md: Added migration progress tracking document
C++17 constraint enforced due to RTI Connext DDS 7.7.0 incompatibility with C++20+
Build status: BUILD_RTI=OFF successful (0 errors, warnings only)

Apply clang-format to Lts/Common and DTC/enum headers
- Formatted all CodeGen module files (9 files)
- Formatted LtsAppDescriptor module files
- Formatted LtsAppManager/AppChooser files
- Applied clang-format to all DTC and enum headers across modules
- Removed coordTransTests from CommonUnitTestsPlaceholder (moved to tests/)
Cosmetic changes only, no functional modifications.

Test infrastructure: Add comprehensive Qt6 migration tests
Add 7 test files covering:
- BUILD_RTI conditional compilation guards
- Qt6 API migrations (QStringView, std::list, QMultiMap, QFontMetricsF, QVariant, QXmlStreamWriter)
- Export header validation (file existence, include guards, macro naming)
- SymbologyXML Qt6 compatibility
- SAATelegrams structure and serialization
- RTI integration and library detection
All 48 tests pass in Ubuntu 26.04 Docker container with Qt 6.8.3.
Technical fixes:
- QFontMetricsF tests use compilation-only verification (headless environment)
- QMultiMap tests sort values before comparing (undefined order in Qt6)
- Export header paths point to build/ directory (CMake-generated)
- Added Qt6::Gui and Qt6::Widgets dependencies for QFontMetricsF
