torsten 079175a055 Migrate SIGNAL/SLOT to function-pointer syntax in topic_editor.cpp

- Replace SIGNAL(doubleClicked(QModelIndex)) with &QTreeView::doubleClicked
- Replace SLOT(select(QModelIndex, QItemSelectionModel::Toggle)) with &QItemSelectionModel::select
- Enables compile-time type checking for Qt6 compatibility
