torstenandCopilot 34b9cd10f3 fix: Add missing default variables in container script

- Add RUN_JENKINS_BUILDER and packaging variables to container script defaults
- Prevents unbound variable errors when running Jenkins builder inside container
- Includes all GROUP*_TARGETS variables for build group execution
