torstenandCopilot b915bacc62 fix: add LINK_DIRECTORIES for GeographicLib in LtsCoordTrans

- Add LINK_DIRECTORIES() to properly link GeographicLib
- Apply to library, tools, and test targets
- Fixes undefined reference errors during DEB package build
