- Wrap svcTabServer library in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD)
- Wrap Topic Type Plugin in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD)
- Wrap RecordReplayPlugin in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD)
- Wrap svcTrainingAreaBase executable in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD)
- Keep tabTelegrams library and tabPluginInterface for release scope
