torstenandCopilot d7f58c558d Fix test_nglpdfwidget build: Poppler-Qt6 packages and QT6_GUI_AVAILABLE detection

- Add libpoppler-dev and libpoppler-qt6-dev to APT_PACKAGES in new_docker_build.sh
- Fix QT6_GUI_AVAILABLE detection logic: check OpenGL_FOUND before setting TRUE
- Add test_nglpdfwidget to RELEASE_GROUP3_TARGETS for explicit build
- Use unique Docker image name: legatus-qt6-prebuilt:latest

Test result: test_nglpdfwidget now builds and passes CTest (0.07 sec)
Release build: 4/7 tests pass (57%), 3 tests excluded as expected
