torstenandCopilot 115ea01468 Add Ubuntu 26.04 spec file with Qt6 dependencies 
- Created lts26.04.spec for Ubuntu 26.04 LTS builds
- Updated Qt5 dependencies to Qt6 (libQt6Core6, libQt6Gui6, etc.)
- Added Qt6SerialPort and Qt6Multimedia requirements
- Changed BuildRequires to pkgconfig(Qt6*) format
- Updated python-xml to python3-xml
- Changed libpq-devel to match Ubuntu naming
