Update MIGRATION_STATUS.md with Application module migration progress

Session 012: Application Module Qt6 Migration
- Migrated Lts/Application modules (AarApp, OpApp, THP)
- Migrated Lts/Viewer modules (LtsFileDialog, LtsReportDisplay)
- Applied Qt6 migration patterns to 57 source files
- Updated all CMakeLists.txt files for Qt6 library references

Session 011: Module Migration Tests Skip Fix
- Fixed tests/CMakeLists.txt for MIGRATE_MODULE builds
- Added conditional target checks to skip unavailable test targets
- Top-level CMakeLists.txt skips tests during incremental migration

Build Status:
- BUILD_RTI=OFF: 0 errors (validated)
- BUILD_RTI=ON: External dependency blocker (svcIsmCommon)

Documentation:
- Updated migration progress table
- Added Session 012 details
- Updated next steps
