Update MIGRATION_STATUS.md with Session 028 build results

Browse Source 
- Added lts_dds, lts_plugins, lts_viewer build validation
- All core modules build successfully in Docker container
- CMake warnings are non-blocking (jsonschema validation, missing Tests)
