Update MIGRATION_STATUS.md: QDesktopWidget migration complete

- Document QDesktopWidget → QScreen API migration completion
- Added commit bf0b1a3d (AVM and TetraIF modules)
- Updated main repo commit 55942b02 (submodule reference)
- All QApplication::desktop() usage migrated to QGuiApplication::primaryScreen()
