Update qt-migration-legatus submodule for CMakeLists.txt include path fix

- Submodule now points to commit with fixed include_directories
- Changed from ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/Lts to ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}
- Fixes LtsSession compilation with ProjectConfig headers
