Update qt-migration-legatus submodule for GROUP5 release fix

- Points to commit 8436f113e which fixes BUILD_GROUP5 default for release
- GROUP5 (Viewer) is not in release scope, should be OFF
- Z components are in GROUP3 with RELEASE_GROUP3_TARGETS
