Submodule update: qt-migration-legatus → eafbbbbbe 
- BUILD_RTI=OFF Support: CODEGEN_* Makros in IF-Blocekt
- DatabaseInterfaceImpl Stub-Header für 5 Services erstellt
- Include-Pfade korrigiert, Qt6-Breaking-Changes behoben

Ermöglicht BUILD_RTI=OFF Builds ohne RTI/DDS Dependencies
