QRegExp → QRegularExpression migration complete:
- All QRegExp usage migrated to QRegularExpression
- symbol_dictionary_impl.cpp: helper functions updated
- mil2525d_to_mil2525c.cpp: SIDC query pattern matching fixed
- pre_script_dialog.cpp: video file pattern matching
- nmea_handler_rx.cpp, handler_aes_data.cpp: NMEA/AES parsing
- stream_name_mapping.*, sidc_builder_base.cpp, sidc_codec.cpp: validation patterns
- Test files updated for compilation
