torstenandCopilot 3546d1c7aa nglcompression: set m_success after buffer uncompress so waitForFinished succeeds 
Ensures _uncompressBuffer sets m_success before returning true so success() reflects completed operation; fixes nglcomp_test::testUncompressMemory. Also add .gitignore to ignore runtime strix_runs/ artifacts.
