torsten 3a66e5f92e Update qt-migration-legatus submodule to fix LtsWidgets BUILD_RTI issue

- Submodule commit includes IF(BUILD_RTI) wrapper for LtsWidgets library
- Fixes include paths for export header generation
- Enables LtsWidgets to build when BUILD_RTI=ON and BUILD_WS=ON
