torstenandCopilot 39b159d67c Exclude LtsUtilsGuiDds from release scope (requires DDS headers) 
- LtsUtilsGuiDds depends on DDS/Core headers not in release scope
- Only needed by LtsMultiMonitor which is outside release scope
- Prevents compilation errors during DEB package build

torstenandCopilot d961d0fc30 Exclude bundled GeographicLib from release scope to use system package 
- Removed 'include' from release_items list
- Added include_exclude list with GeographicLib
- Added filtering logic to exclude include/GeographicLib during copy
- This ensures CMake finds system libgeographiclib-dev instead of bundled version
- Fixes linker errors for GeographicLib symbols in DEB build

torstenandCopilot 9e2d8d5c61 Fix release scope filtering: include lts-cc.conf and all TetraIF subdirectories 
- Add lts-cc.conf to release_items list
- Change TetraIF check from exact match to startswith to include subdirectories
- Fixes CMake errors for missing lts-cc.conf, Console, LastTest, LastTestAuswertung

- Skip symlinks with non-existent targets (e.g., external/ArcGIS)
- Prevents FileNotFoundError during package build

torstenandCopilot c0b9df9fc9 Add release scope filtering to DEB package builder 
- Add --release_scope flag to filter source files during packaging
- Only include TetraIF, Z/src, Lts/Common in release packages
- Preserves full source tree in repository, filters at package build time
- Updated copy_src_dir_to_dest_dir with release_scope parameter
