torstenandCopilot 9e2d8d5c61 Fix release scope filtering: include lts-cc.conf and all TetraIF subdirectories 
- Add lts-cc.conf to release_items list
- Change TetraIF check from exact match to startswith to include subdirectories
- Fixes CMake errors for missing lts-cc.conf, Console, LastTest, LastTestAuswertung

torstenandCopilot 76a13b3fa3 Handle broken symlinks in release scope copy 
- Skip symlinks with non-existent targets (e.g., external/ArcGIS)
- Prevents FileNotFoundError during package build

- Allows Jenkins builder to specify custom source directory
- Required for release pipeline to stage source in deb_stage

torstenandCopilot c0b9df9fc9 Add release scope filtering to DEB package builder 
- Add --release_scope flag to filter source files during packaging
- Only include TetraIF, Z/src, Lts/Common in release packages
- Preserves full source tree in repository, filters at package build time
- Updated copy_src_dir_to_dest_dir with release_scope parameter
