- QRegExp→QRegularExpression, .underlying() Fixes

torsten 00507a988e Update submodule with comprehensive BUILD_RTI fixes 
- 78 files changed with BUILD_RTI conditional wrappers
- All DDS-dependent libraries now properly guarded
- Qt6 compatibility fixes for Poppler, LtsCoordTrans, LtsMultiMonitor
- Enables clean build with BUILD_RTI=ON or BUILD_RTI=OFF

Cosmetic changes for readability and consistency:
- Update Docker image tag from ubuntu22.04 to ubuntu26.04 in all scripts
- Align with Dockerfile base image (ubuntu:26.04)
