Update submodule to latest SIGNAL/SLOT migration 
- Submodule: qt-migration-legatus@0ca0e9ac6
- Migrated lts_app_descriptor_editor.cpp (12 SIGNAL/SLOT connections)
- Migrated qsql_informix.cpp (2 SIGNAL/SLOT connections)
- Added Qt6::Core5Compat for QTextCodec support
