berrux-dev 42f6e83c2c Restore recv_from_tab.h and send_to_tab.h (shared with TetraJson plugin) 
The compiled tabPluginTetraJson plugin includes
TrainingAreaBase/recv_from_tab.h and TrainingAreaBase/send_to_tab.h
for shared data structures; they are listed in SRCS_exe but are not
exe-exclusive. Restored from the base commit.

berrux-dev 855b0a6101 Remove modules not compiled by this branch's release build 
Lts/Common: drop the 17 submodules excluded from the RELEASE_BUILD
branch of Lts/Common/CMakeLists.txt (CodeGen, LtsAppManager, LtsBotan,
LtsCoordinate, LtsElevation, LtsLogin, LtsMultiMonitor,
LtsPluginManager, LtsPrinting, LtsProjectionWorkstation,
LtsScriptTimeline, LtsSession, LtsTimeline, LtsTimelineClassic,
LtsVirtualKeyboard, LtsWidgets, TopicEditorBase). Only the 13
subdirectories actually built remain.

TrainingAreaBase: drop sources of targets excluded by
IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD) / IF(BUILD_RTI) (svcTabClient, svcTabServer,
svcTrainingAreaBase exe, RecordReplayPlugin customization) and the 7
plugin directories not added in the release path (AdlerJson,
ApacheHlaJson, DebugJsonDir, HlaJson, Nmea, UAS, WlsTetra). Only
tabTelegrams, svcTabCommon and the TetraJson plugin are compiled.

Cross-checked: no kept compiled source includes headers from the
removed modules (GuiPluginInterface - the only LtsWidgets consumer -
is itself NOT RELEASE_BUILD-guarded).

- AdlerJson depends on svcPdmClient (ProjectDataManagement) which is not in release scope
- Wrap ADD_SUBDIRECTORY(AdlerJson) in IF(NOT RELEASE_BUILD) conditional
- Prevents build failure from missing pdm_enums.hpp header

torstenandCopilot 7173785915 Qt6 Migration: Complete migration with DDS/RTI support and build validation 
Major Changes:
- Merged latest Qt5 devel content from dlbo (292 files changed, 7 new dirs)
- Consolidated forward-declarations and include folders
- Removed unneeded modules per Niklas' repo check list

Build System Fixes:
- Fixed CMake VERSION_GREATER syntax in ParticipantManagement/CMakeLists.txt
- Added VLC packages (libvlc-dev, vlc-plugin-base) to docker_build.sh
- Added PostgreSQL dev packages (libpq-dev, postgresql-server-dev-all) to Dockerfile
- Fixed locale warnings (ANSI_X3.4-1968 → C.UTF-8)
- Fixed ArcGIS SDK path warnings when BUILD_ARCGIS=OFF

Code Generation Fixes:
- Fixed IDL enum collisions (PortType→CorePortType/DdsutPortType, PdmEventType)
- Fixed Grantlee template svc_translation.cpp.grantlee:
  - Changed {{ idl_enum.name }}_def:: to {{ idl_enum.name }}::
  - Fixed .underlying() calls for C++11 scoped enums (enum class)
- Removed generated files from repo (moc_*, *_dtc.h, *_ftc.h)

Validation:
- BUILD_RTI=ON: SUCCESS
- BUILD_RTI=OFF: SUCCESS
- C++17 standard maintained for RTI 7.7 compatibility
- Ubuntu 26.04 Docker environment verified

Remaining Warnings (expected):
- BgViewer, KDChart, KDReports, Poppler-Qt6 not found (optional features)

  - Updated inline regex validation

- Add BUILD_RTI guards to recv_from_dds_aes.h for tab_db.h include
- Add BUILD_RTI guards to main_handler.h for tab_db.h include
- Remove duplicate m_logger declaration in main_handler.h
- Add stub headers for RTI types (tab_db_stub.hpp, tab_enums_stub.hpp, etc.)

VideoOverlayManagement:
- Fix member initialization order in handler_overlays.h
- Fix member initialization order in avs_interface.h
- Fix member initialization order in main_handler.h
- Change logger.cpp include from NGLLogger.h to INGLLogger.h
- Add BUILD_RTI guard to handler_overlays.cpp for RTI signal connection

Plugins:
- Migrate QDesktopWidget → QScreen in Light/Dark style plugins
- Fix CMakeLists.txt for SituationReplayManagement (BUILD_RTI guards)
- Fix CMakeLists.txt for CombatNetRadio (Qt6::Core linking)
- Remove QDesktopWidget includes in multiple plugin files

Infrastructure:
- Remove duplicate INGLLogger.h include directory

torstenandCopilot 010f91928a Fix: Wrap all RTI::nddscpp2 links in IF(BUILD_RTI) conditionals 
- 43 CMakeLists.txt files updated to properly condition RTI dependencies
- All NGL_TARGET_LINK_LIBRARIES blocks containing RTI:: references
  are now wrapped in IF(BUILD_RTI) blocks
- This allows building with BUILD_RTI=OFF without RTI Connext installation
- Fixes CMake configure errors about non-existent /opt/RTI paths

Qt6 compatibility fixes:
- LtsCoordTrans: QOverload signal signature, QChar constructor
- LtsMultiMonitor: setMargin→setContentsMargins, remove deprecated HighQualityAntialiasing
- nglwidgets: Poppler Qt5→Qt6 header migration
- Add FindPopplerQt6.cmake for Qt6 Poppler detection

Part of Qt5→Qt6 migration with RTI DDS support.
